For general enquiries, account help, technical support, and questions about listings, email us at hello@micasa.ph. This is our primary contact channel, and the inbox is monitored by the Mi Casa team.
We aim to reply within a couple of business days. When you write in, including a few details up front helps us help you faster: the page or listing you're looking at (a link is ideal), the email address linked to your account, and a short description of what you need.
Mi Casa is a property marketplace and platform, not the seller or broker. Listings are supplied by agents and homeowners, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of listing details. If something looks wrong, outdated, or misleading on a listing, let us know at hello@micasa.ph and we'll look into it.
Enquiring about a specific property
If your question is about a particular property, such as price, availability, viewings, or scheduling a visit, the best route is the inquiry form on that listing's page. Sending your enquiry from the listing routes it to the agent or homeowner handling that property, so you get a direct and faster answer.

Media and partnerships
For press and media enquiries, interview requests, or partnership and collaboration proposals, email us at hello@micasa.ph with "Media" or "Partnership" in the subject line. A short note about who you are and what you're proposing helps us route your message to the right person.
Privacy requests
Mi Casa handles personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
To access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to raise any other privacy concern, email hello@micasa.ph with "Privacy" in the subject line. To help us verify and act on your request, please send it from the email address associated with your Mi Casa account where possible.
