About Mi Casa
Mi Casa is a Philippine real-estate marketplace that helps buyers, renters, homeowners, and agents find, list, and manage property in one place. We are an early-stage platform, and this page explains what we do, how we work, and how we approach trust.
What Mi Casa is and who it's for
Mi Casa is an online marketplace for Philippine property. We bring together the people who want to buy or rent a home and the homeowners and agents who have property to offer, and we give both sides the tools to connect.
We are built for home buyers and renters comparing condos, houses, townhouses, lots, and offices; for homeowners who want to list a property; and for real-estate agents and brokers who want to publish listings and manage the inquiries those listings generate.
To be clear about what we are: Mi Casa is a platform that surfaces listings. We are not the seller, the broker, or a party to any transaction. Buying or renting a property is an agreement between you and the agent or owner you choose to deal with.
For buyers and renters
Search is the starting point. You can browse and filter listings across the Philippines by location, property type, price, and the features that matter to you, then save the ones you like so they are easy to return to.
Beyond individual listings, our suburb market pages give you area-level context for the places you are considering, so you can understand a neighbourhood before you commit to a viewing.
When you find a property worth pursuing, you can compare your shortlist and contact the agent directly through an inquiry form. We also offer supporting tools such as a loan calculator and value estimates to help you weigh a decision. These figures are guides to inform your own research, not formal valuations or financial advice.
For homeowners and agents
If you have a property to offer, you can create an account, publish a listing, and keep it up to date as details change.
Once your listing is live, inquiries from interested buyers and renters come to you through Mi Casa, so you can manage your leads in one place rather than across scattered messages.
Agents and brokers can also build an agent profile, which is where buyers see who they are dealing with, including ratings and reviews from past interactions.
Trust and verification
Trust matters in property, and we are building Mi Casa to support it rather than to overstate it. Real-estate brokers can verify their PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license on the platform, so buyers can see when an agent's professional credentials have been confirmed.
Agent profiles can also carry ratings and reviews, giving you a sense of how others have experienced working with someone before you reach out.
Listings on Mi Casa are supplied by homeowners and agents, not written by us. While we want the marketplace to be reliable, we do not independently guarantee that every listing detail, price, or availability is accurate or current. We encourage you to verify the specifics directly with the agent or owner, and to inspect any property before making a decision.
Where we operate
Mi Casa covers property across the Philippines, with much of our early focus on the country's larger urban markets.
That includes Metro Manila and its key districts such as Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Makati, Ortigas, Quezon City, and Mandaluyong, along with major regional cities including Cebu and Davao.
As an early-stage marketplace, our coverage and the number of listings in any given area are still growing. If your area is light today, it is a good sign to check back as more homeowners and agents join.
